Now in its 18th year, Alexander Goaltending continues to improve, develop and expand it’s program offerings to meet the changing needs of the goaltending community.  With a commitment to bring the latest in skill development to their students, they devote countless hours to research and study of the latest professional teaching

President

John Alexander brings over 20 years of experience to teaching goaltending.  Most recently, he was a goaltending consultant to the Amherst Junior A Ramblers for 10 years.  His previous experiences also include 3 years as Goaltending Coach with the University of Moncton Blue Eagles and every AAA level in Minor Hockey where he work extensively with current UNB goaltender, Travis Fullerton.    He currently acts as a private consultant providing technical evaluations on goaltenders playing at all levels to various coaches, recruiters & scouts and is a personal consultant and trainer to several top-level goaltenders and consultant to several Minor Hockey Associations.  

Director of Goaltending Development

David Alexander is a graduate of Moncton Minor Hockey system, winning Provincial and Atlantic championships and later moving on to a successful career in the OPJJHL where he played for 3 seasons.  His previous experiences include 4 years with the MMAAA Fredericton Canadiens where he played a significant role in the development of Jake Allen (AHL Peoria Rivermen) and Jon Waye (Dieppe Commandos - MHL).  Presently he is in his third year as goaltending coach with the University of Maine Black Bears of the NCAA.  David also coaches with "Elite Goalies" group at their summer pro training camp and is in frequent contact with the camp director and goaltending coach of the NHL Dallas Stars, Mike Valley.
