Jake Allen
The Jake Allen - Alexander Goaltending connection started when Jake was in Bantam AAA in Fredericton. Here Dave Alexander and Jake worked together. Soon Jake found himself playing Midget AAA in Fredericton with Dave as his goalie coach. Jake found success in the league and was drafted to the Quebec Major Junior Hockey league. Jake had an excellent rookie season in the “Q” as he was able to find himself being drafted in the 2008 NHL draft by the St. Louis Blues. Additionally, Jake had a successful year this season within the hockey Canada development stream. Here Jake won a gold medal with the men’s Under 18 program in Russia. Also, Jake was an invitee to team Canada’s world junior tryout camp. Jake is known for playing a big game, while tagging on superior puck handling skills. His simplicity through his movements make him a great role model for any young aspiring goaltender.

 

Jordan Bent
Jordan is from the St. John area. Jordan was a stand out during his midget days playing Midget AAA in St. John. After graduating from minor hockey, Jordan’s strength and speed has brought his hockey career to a number of interesting stops. Jordan has had some brief stints in the OHL while spending most of his time with the Cornwall Colts of the Central Junior A Hockey League and has just recently signed with the Woodstock Slammers of the MJAHL.

 

Curtis Black
Curtis is a long time AG client. Curtis, a bigger bodied goaltender fills a lot of net playing for the Woodstock Slammers of the Maritime Junior A hockey league. Curtis also has some international experience under his belt as he has represented Canada as a member of team Atlantic at the 2006 under 17 world championships. Curtis is also a draft choice of the Gatineau Olympics of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. However, Curtis hopes to gain a NCAA scholarship this season.

 

Patrick Boudreau

Patrick has size to burn. This big-bodied goaltender plays a great positional game leaving little room for the opposition. Patrick is from northern New Brunswick. He hopes to break into the Midget AAA Hockey League this season with Miramichi. Certainly his size and technical game would an asset for any team in the league.

Matt Davis
Matt Davis is one of the few New Brunswick goaltenders who can say he was drafted into the NHL. The Nashville Predators selected Matt. After fours years of playing Major Junior Hockey Matt finds himself back stopping the St. Thomas Tommies of the Canadian university Hockey League. Matt had a break out season last year establishing himself as one of the premiere goaltenders in the league. Matt has aspirations to play pro hockey beyond his college days. Certainly his technical ability combined with his drive and determination should help him get a chance to live his dream.

 

Julien Daigle
Julien is from the Shediac area. Julien is known for making spectacular saves when needed most. His flexibility and athleticism are his trademarks. Julien has had a successful career thus far especially under the Hockey New Brunswick program Here Julien has not only represented his province but also, he was most recently an invitee to the Team Atlantic Under 17 tryout camp. Julien is entering his second year Midget and is looking to crack the lineup for the Moncton Midget AAA Flyers.

 

Jeremy Doyle
Jeremy is from the St. John region and is new this year to the AG family. Jeremy is a calm and simple goaltender who makes the game look easy. Jeremy has graduated from the Bantam AAA program in St. John this season and is looking to crack the Midget AAA team in St. John this year. Jeremy has also had some experience at the Hockey New Brunswick Level as he was an invitee to this years development camp in Fredericton.


Andrew Flemming
Andrew has been a long time client of AG. He is a graduate of both the Total Goaltending camp and the Advanced I camp. Presently Andrew participates in our Advanced II camp and the GCG camp in New Hampshire. While growing up in St. John Andrew was always considered an elite goaltender in his region. Now Andrew finds himself playing for the Amherst Ramblers under the tutelage of John Alexander, the teams goaltending consultant. Andrew had a break out season last year and has stirred a lot of interest from Division I scouts south of the border. This is a big year for Andrew as he is heading into his last season of junior.  Andrew is known as a technician and a solid puck handler, both of these attributes give his team the chance to win night in night out.



Travis Fullerton
Travis has been a long time AG client as he and John Alexander were a goalie/ goalie coach tandem for most of Travis’ days in Minor Hockey. From there, Travis was off to play for the Lewiston Maineiacs of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. Travis then had a great opportunity as he moved to the St. John Sea Dogs where he logged lots of minutes and padded some great stats. Travis has recently been recruited to play for the University of New Brunswick V-Reds of the Canadian University hockey league. Travis has aspirations to play pro after his university days.

 

Blake Hunter

This is the first year Blake has attended a AG camp. Blake played for the Fredericton Midget AAA Canadiens this season past. As a rookie Blake was certainly very underrated, nevertheless he was quite impressive during his season. Blake looks to take over the number one job this year in Fredericton what could turn out to be a break out year for Blake. Blake is well know for his calm demeanor in the net and his ability to make the big save look easy.

 

Brennan Laite

This was Brennan’s rookie year with us here at AG. However it wasn’t the first time Brennan and Dave Alexander worked together. In fact the two met previously at the 2007 Team Atlantic tryout camp in Wolfville, Ns, where David was a goaltending consultant and Brennan trying out. Brennan comes to us from the Nova Scotia Midget AAA league. Brennan’s reactionary style gains him immediate recognition. In addition his puck focus is quite exceptional. Brennan is hoping to crack the Miramichi Timberwolves roster this year of the MJAHL.

 

Jean Michel Legace

Jean Michel has been attending AG camps for a few years now.  Though JM is a smaller goaltender his strength and speed make him a top-flight goaltender. JM played for the Miramichi AAA team last season. JM has been invited back again this year to the Bathurst Titan’s camp of the QMJHL.  He recently signed on with the Miramichi Timberwolves of the MJAHL.

 

Sebastian Leblanc

Sebastian is from the Shediac area and has been coming to AG camps for some time now. Sebastian has a battle mentality combined with loads of speed. A graduate from the Bantam AAA program in West – Kent Sebastian is off to Midget tryouts this year. Sebastian has been a proven winner over as he has found himself in many big games over the past few years with the West- Kent organization.

 

Guillaume Miszczak
Guy was new to AG this season. However, Guy and Dave worked together two years ago when Dave was working with the St. Thomas Tommies. Guy presently is a goaltender with the St. Thomas Tommies of the Canadian University Hockey League. Guy, a Quebec native, is know for his speed and his ability to battle.

 

Matt Murphy
Matt has played a number of years at the AAA level, and has just finished two season at the Midget AAA level. Matt was drafted both into the Maritime Junior A hockey league and the Quebec Major Junior hockey league. The Woodstock Slammers of the MJAHL selected Matt and the Victoriville Tigers of the QMJHL. Matt is a calm goaltender with a good technical game. Matt should see plenty of years beyond his minor hockey days.

 

Patrick O’Brien

Pat had an outstanding Junior B season two years ago in Nova Scotia. So much so, that last season he found himself playing Tier II for the Amherst Ramblers of the Maritime Junior A Hockey League.

 

Sam Renault

Sam new to AG this season.  A native of Northern New Brunswick, Sam found himself among the top goaltenders in eh Bantam AAA League here in New Brunswick last season. Sam is off to Rothesay Netherwoods Prep School this up coming season. Sam is known for his intensity and his ability to never stop battling. Combining the latter with a great technical repertoire Sam is assured to have a great career ahead of him

 

Berthier Robichaud

Berthier is from the Miramichi region. Berthier has had a successful career thus far at the AAA level. Most recently Berthier was a member of the Midget AAA team in Miramichi. Bertheir has been with us for some time and is looking forward to  a great second year in the Midget AAA league. Bertheir is known for his size and good positioning.

 

Nick Spear

Another goaltender from the St. John area, Nick has lots of speed in his game. Nick impressed a number of people during his Midget AAA year last season. Nick was in fact selected into both the Maritime Junior A Hockey League and the Quebec Majoring Junior Hockey League. The Restigouche Tigers snagged up Nick at the Tier two level while the St. John Sea Dogs acquired Nick in the QMJHL draft. Nick is very athletic in the net combined with a strong technical game.   Nick has recently signed on to play with the Restigouche Tigers of the MJAHL.

 

Robert Steeves

Robert has been a AG client for a number of years now. Robert has had a solid minor hockey career thus far. After completing two years of Bantam AAA Robert is off to Rothesay Netherwoods prep school. Robert has aspirations to play NCAA south of the border. Robert has an outstanding technical game and speed for someone his age. Robert will find himself playing at a high level for many years to come.

 

Jon Waye

Jon Waye is known not only for his size, but for his speed and athleticism. This type of combination is almost a guarantee for Jon to have a successful career. Jon just finished two season with the Fredericton Midget AAA Canadiens. During his two years there is was an invitee to team Atlantic camp and also a selection of the PEI Rocket of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. Jon was also drafted this season by the Amherst Ramblers of the MJAHL. Jon has joined the Ramblers and will share netminding duties with
veteran Andrew Flemming.
