The Goaltending Consultant Group is a group, which pools the talents, knowledge and skills of the respective members to form a team of experts in the goaltending field and offer the expertise of this team to goaltenders and hockey organizations across North America and the world.

The group itself consists of a number of world leading goalie coaches.  The list includes Brian D’Accord former Boston Burins goalie coach, Tom Dempsey of the Ottawa 67’s, John Carratu the goaltending coach of North Eastern University a division I university in Hockey East, Terry Barbeau the goalie coach of the Soo Greyhounds, Rob Stauber former NHLer and current Minnesota Gophers goalie coach, the list also includes Alexander Goaltending, John Alexander and David Alexander.

The GCG also has an advisory board in which the GCG members are in constant contact with furthering the GCG’s world connection and expertise. The Goaltending Consultant advisory Group currently consists of three members, John Vanbiesbrouck, Kelly Hrudey and Lloyd Friedland.  John and Kelly both had illustrious careers in the NHL and Lloyd is a veteran player agent who has helped numerous clients have successful careers during and following their playing days. 

Being a member of the Alexander Goaltending family provides you with the ability to attend the GCG Prospects camp, which is held in Manchester, NH annually. The camp itself has produced 22 NHL draft picks since its inception.

For those of you who do not attend the camp you still gain the benefits of the GCG. That is to say, many of the teaching and innovations of the GCG help us continue to build on our camps and our teachings.
